The quantity and quality of resumes you receive often depend on the filters that you set up on LatPro. If you are receiving too many resumes, or resumes that do not match your criteria, there is a strong possibility that the filters associated with your job posting are not active. You may activate them at any time by Editing your Job Posting (see section 4.1).
